Description

While many of us own guns, few get to train often. Rarely do we have the chance to draw from the holster, shoot on the move, engage multiple threats, or conduct teamwork and problem solving drills alongside like minded friends. Dynamic Drills Day is an event held 6 times per year specifically designed to offer what the “Square Range” doesn’t: Guided, safe, and challenging shooting exercises that will stretch you mentally, physically, and emotionally. Join fellow students of gunfighting, the modern martial art, as we train hard and shoot fast. Test your limits of precision and speed under mild to severe stress. Push yourself to be faster, stronger, smarter and be better prepared to protect your loved ones in time of violent emergency.

This fast paced training event is only open to shooters with prior intermediate or greater firearms training experience. It is NOT the venue for learning the basics or trying your equipment for the first time. Rifles need to be zeroed, accessories need to be mounted on tight. Folks come to train, not to wait for you to unf*ck yourself and your equipment. In this program, we have very little tolerance for poor weapons handling. Come prepared, or prepare to watch from the sidelines. There is no refund for disqualifications due to poor gun handling.

You will need to be competent with your firearm, and well versed in firearm safety, or we reserve the right to ask you to sit out and observe. If you’ve never used a holster before, you need to first take Introduction to Defensive Handgun followed by Defensive Handgun Skill Builder before attending this program. As a general recommendation, to be ready to succeed in the DDD program, I recommend that you have completed Firearm Safety and Self Defense, Introduction to Defensive Handgun, Introduction to Fighting Rifle, Introduction to Fighting Shotgun, attended classes least to the Skill Builder level. If you are using a rifle, you need to be fully versed in the zeroing of your rifle, and have it zeroed.

Dynamic Drills Day is unique in that we prepare targets and structure drills to accommodate shooters with handguns, shotguns, and rifles. You’re welcome to train with just one, or both a primary and secondary weapon.

I would recommend bringing 300+ rounds of ammunition. All calibers are welcome. Frangible rifle ammunition is optional if you wish to train on steel targets with your rifle within 100 yards. For shotguns, bring buckshot, bird shot, and slug with lead shot only. Eye and ear protection, as well as closed-toe shoes are mandatory. Please dress for the weather, and bring water. We shoot rain or shine.

Price:

To sign up, you will pay 1 cent. This is a symbolic gesture that signifies your commitment to attending, and binds us into the relationship of teacher and student. You can pay tuition for this class as you see fit; Generally speaking any amount from $50 to $250 is acceptable. You can send tuition via Venmo to Brian-Wang-11 or Paypal to Info@monarchdefense.org, or bring cash in person. We can also trade for work, ammunition, etc. If you have questions about ammo availability and cost, or our unconventional flexible tuition model, call 408-892-5460.

Updated reschedule policy: No shows are not cool. It wastes our time, and takes up spots in class other students would happily use. It is disrespectful and will not be tolerated. It’s your job to communicate it you have a schedule change that prevents you from attending.
