Internet bullies… they are everywhere. I know it is hard, but you have to remember, you have no idea who they are, they have no idea who you are. Imagine a crazy dude on drugs talking to a tree and getting all mad at the tree… would you listen to what he had to say? What he has to say isn’t a reflection of the integrity of the tree, but it is a good reflection of how sad and lonely he is to be yelling at a tree. Take pity on internet bullies. They have nothing better to do in life but to make new and fake accounts just to say mean things to you after you’ve already blocked them. You’re busier than that, you’re better than wasting your time on them. #bully #psychology #leadership #character #strength

When we say “Carbine”, what does it mean, and why do you care? Beginners commonly think #AR15’s and other similar carbines are “too much” for self defense, so let’s clear up some myths.
The nice thing about working with inexperienced students is that they don’t know that they are not good at something… it sounds obvious right? Yet more experienced students come to me and say “I’m not good at my left side” or “I’ve never shot left handed before”. And to that I say, well if you were good at it, you wouldn’t be here in class, right? How many of you honestly will use these skills in a real fight? Hopefully very few, but how many of you will encounter a difficult challenge later down the road, and you’ll think back to this discomfort and struggle during your weapons training, and think to yourself… that was rough, but I struggled through it, and then it became easy as time went on. So too, today I’ll struggle, with whatever this new challenge is, but tomorrow and the next day if I continue to struggle things will get easier. … then one day, you’ll look back and say “wow….look at how far I’ve come”. #growth #training #hardship #struggle
