Kalash Klas 25JAN26

January 25, 2026 @ 7:00 am - 12:00 pm
Free

The Avtomat Kalashnikova has soldiered dutifully in every imaginable environment, from the frozen steppe of eastern Europe, to the jungles of southeast Asia, the grasslands of South Africa, the mountains of central Asia, and the bustling cities of the Middle East. Why has this weapon proven itself so successful over so many decades in so many conflicts? What is it about the AK that makes it so legendary, renown for it’s simplicity, durability, and reliability?

Anyone who has watched movies, played video games, or seen the news will quickly recognize the iconic ak47 and its many many variants. Developed by Mikhail Kalashnikov and the Soviet Union based upon lessons learned during world war II, the worlds most iconic and most widely copied weapon has seen action in every continent and in practically every human conflict since it’s inception.

Learn about the rifle’s development philosophy, manual of arms, care and maintenance, zeroing procedure, and battlefield employment in this special 5 hour training module taught by Brian Wang, who served in Ukraine as a small arms instructor, and who has seen and used these weapons in action first hand.

This class is part of the Combat Rifle School. We schedule small group instruction based upon the your request. This program consists of the following 50 unique training modules, plus additional practical and field exercises. If you would like to participate in this program, the price is $995 for the first 6 months, then $165.83 per month thereafter. Call Brian at 408-892-5460 or email info@monarchdefense.org to apply.
