DESCRIPTION:This event is for those who have experience and would like to use our private range for unsupervised\, non-instructional practice. Learn about our facility\, how to set it up and use it safely\, clean up procedures\, scheduling procedures\, safety policies\, and do some shooting. Bring your weapons\, such as rifle\, pistol\, carbine\, shotgun\, etc. and the equipment you plan to train with. Bring ammunition and a bag lunch. Everyone\, including spectators must fill out a liability waiver. We charge $37.50 for military or students to use the range\, and $75 for guests. \nThere are two goals during this event. The first is that you understand what our facilities can offer you and the culture of our organization. With this information you can decide if you wish to become a regular customer at our range. \nThe second goal is for us to understand you\, your experience\, interests\, and see you safely handle live weapons. Then we can decide if we wish to invite you to become a regular customer at our facility. \nWe are not a public facility. We do not plan to\, nor do we wish to serve everyone. We serve a select group of individuals who are safe\, who communicate well\, who are respectful\, who are technically competent\, and above all else\, who have common sense. DESCRIPTION:Combat Rifle Optics is a technical training which will provide the student a tremendous degree of detail and knowledge regarding the types of scopes common to the modern battlefield. These include red dots\, magnifiers\, low power variable optics\, Trijicon Advanced Combat Optical Gunsite (ACOG)\, conventional rifle scopes\, and other products which are designed to help a shooter aim. Your goal is to leverage the capabilities of modern optical aiming devices to increase your precision from 4 MOA to 2 MOA\, and your effective engagement range on man sized targets from 400m to 800m\, while maintaining speed and close range defensive engagement capability.  \nThis class is part of the Combat Rifle School. We schedule small group instruction based upon the your request. This program consists of the following 50 unique five hour modules\, plus additional practical and field exercises. The price is $275 per year plus $56 per class\, or $995 flat rate for 6 months.
