DESCRIPTION:Welcome to Monarch Defense’s Firearm Safety Class. This is a pro bono community service project led by myself\, Brian Wang\, and assisted by many donors and volunteers each month who have helped to make this program a lasting success. Over the last 12 years of teaching professionally\, I have striven to design a thorough hands on learning experience which answers all of the questions that you need to know to get started\, especially with regards to experiential knowledge that you must learn by doing and can’t just find online. This program exists to prepare you for a successful future in protecting yourself\, so that you can make wise decisions regarding buying\, learning\, carrying\, and using firearms. \nLearn:  \nSafe firearm handling procedures\nFirearm disassembly\, cleaning\, and reassembly\nRole of weapons in society \nHow to load\, unload\, stand\, hold\, aim\, and fire pistols\, revolvers\, rifles\, and shotguns.\nExperience first hand the recoil\, weight\, noise\, ease or difficulty of use\, and accuracy of different firearms \nShooting range commands and procedures\nUnderstanding ammunition\nChoosing a firearm for self defense \nPrerequisites: \nNone \nSpecial Policy Regarding Minors:  \nMonarch Defense welcomes youngsters to our firearm safety program\, and we will donate both tuition and ammunition for their learning. It is completely free to bring your teens or children to class. We leave it up to parents and guardians to decide at what age your child is ready to learn. Parent or guardian must be in the class with minors under 18. DESCRIPTION:Combat Rifle Optics is a technical training which will provide the student a tremendous degree of detail and knowledge regarding the types of scopes common to the modern battlefield. These include red dots\, magnifiers\, low power variable optics\, Trijicon Advanced Combat Optical Gunsite (ACOG)\, conventional rifle scopes\, and other products which are designed to help a shooter aim. Our goal is for students to feel comfortable and at home in the dark\, and confident with their equipment\, such that they can begin to gain the tactical advantages of night time operations. DESCRIPTION:Precision Rifle Fundamentals teaches the 7 aspects of rifle technique. Those are: body position\, natural point of aim\, breathing\, sight alignment\, sight picture\, trigger press\, and follow through. I have traveled the country to learn from the best mentors and take the best instructor certification programs available. I have been to war and watched friends die. I have survived a guided missile\, helicopter rockets\, artillery bombardment\, aviation bombs\, strafing by infantry fighting vehicle cannon\, and disease on the front line. I trained\, equipped\, and in large part gave birth to the Ukrainian 47th Mechanized Brigade’s snipers and designated marksmen. I am a father and a husband and a small business owner. I have been teaching firearm safety\, self defense\, and the combat use of firearms for 11 years professionally.  I have been a teacher since 2006. I have trained kung fu since 2007. I completed sniper school in 2010. I have been licensed to carry a concealed weapon since 2013. I have traveled the country to learn from the best mentors and take the best instructor certification programs available. I have been to war and watched friends die. I have survived a guided missile\, helicopter rockets\, artillery bombardment\, aviation bombs\, strafing by infantry fighting vehicle cannon\, and disease on the front line. I trained\, equipped\, and in large part gave birth to the Ukrainian 47th Mechanized Brigade’s snipers and designated marksmen. I am a father and a husband and a small business owner. I have taught over 10\,000 students in Florida\, Texas\, Arizona\, Arkansas\, Nevada\, Ukraine\, and California. I own and operate at 300 acre dedicated tactical training facility only 1 hour from the bay area.
