Moving while your gun is down, whether jammed or empty, is an important skill to train. Often, shooters are used to standing stationary to reload or clear malfunctions because those are the limitations of a square range. But in the real world, standing still makes you an easy target. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Dynamic Drills Day is coming up in Morgan Hill, CA on 8/5 and Ruskin, FL on 8/12. These events sell out weeks in advance. Shot placement is crucial. You go home alive or dead based on where you shoot. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ There are very specific targets on the body to hit to end fights quickly. Between the ears in the middle of the head hits the cerebellum. Between the armpits in the middle of the body hits the heart and main arteries. And lastly, in the middle of where the leg meets the pelvis to cripple movement. (Brian misspeaks in the video and says “hip meets the pelvis” in the video. y’know what he means.) ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Good shot placement requires you to understand how the human body works and to have the marksmanship to place the shot exactly where you want it to go. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ #firearmstraining #rangeday #monarchdefense #guns #selfdefense #pistol #handgun #shotplacement #gunvideos #thepewpewlife #2ndamendment #2a #igmilitia #concealedcarry
