Key points:
Work cautiously if you want to try this at your home (range).
Cause the gun to jam (failure to eject) by clamping down firmly on the slide with your support hand, staying clear of the muzzle, and firing one round into a safe direction.
Attempt to engage the target as rapidly as possible with 6 shots.
If you get a click and no bang, then Tap the base of the magazine, Roll the pistol over so that the ejection port faces the earth, and Rack the slide one time violently.
Proceed to kick ass.
This is known as the “Simple Malfunction Drill.” If it doesn’t solve your problem, you would progress to a “Complex Malfunction Drill” and for that…I take tuition. Kidding. Sorta.
